We accept referrals from professionals such as social workers, health professionals, and support workers for potential learners who would benefit from our work.
A panel made up of staff, trustees and volunteers will review each case to assess the level of need and the foreseeable benefits for each candidate.
Accepted cases are matched with an Instructor and a support worker who will form a team to support that learner through their journey to driving.
Every instructor undergoes in-house onboarding covering Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and understanding specific learning needs.
"Understanding common learning needs and disabilities is the core of our onboarding training."
